Contributed in the formation of the Dutch National Police, especially in the realization of a nationwide operation to allign all ten units plus the national unity. In national working groups, in which all units are involved, a contribution has taken place in shaping the content, support and guidance from the role of business architect. In addition, the management of the adopted national workprocesses and the supporting applications has been designed and implementation into the existing organization took place. With the Police Academy and the national intranet of the Dutch Police a solution is implemented to support a consistent way of processing and publishing information.

Several times a training Process Design has been given. The aim of this course is to properly perform the role of a designer in a process change. Drawing process pictures is secondary, it is important to show the competence of the ability to get clear in a group what is needed and why? Who do you need for this en who are not needed? How do you work together with others in different situations? What will be your contribution at all? On the basis of current practical situations of the participants during the training the theory is put into practice. It ended with a presentation of each participant from the field containing the learning objectives (theory and practice) of the training course.
