Contributed in supply chain optimization to improve the quality of information products delivered to the Dutch Central Bank and the European Central Bank. Using the ARIS process application to structure proper process managment and to get overview and control in the chain mapping for this topic. This is used as a starting point to implement proces management in the organization. Improvement in the supply chain to achieve quality improvements are identified and implemented. Not only disturbances in the processchain have been corrected in the new situation, but also a management overview has been provided over the total chain. Possible new disruptions are now timely visible and causes can be found and eliminated quickly. The quality of the information products is structurally improved.
