Part of the project team in the development of a demo (mock-up) to establish a new national website. On thsi website customers (private and business) can apply for new connections for gas , water , electricity and telecommunications to their buildings. Also modifications for these connections can be requested through this portal. The business model, building the website, the customer needs and customer expectations are identified and have led to new specifications for the demo site. In four group sessions with the three largest parties involved in these processes in the Netherlands a demo is developed for a new website. Based on this demo all stakeholders (over  60!) are brought together to actually achieve a National website.
